Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Sintropyc ("we", "us") collects, why, and how we handle it. We keep this short and honest, because data minimisation is the point.

1. Information you give us

When you submit the early-access request form on our website, we collect the details you enter:

  • Name
  • Company or project
  • Work email address

We do not ask for and you should not submit passwords, secrets, payment details or any sensitive personal data through this form.

2. Information collected automatically

For security and to prevent abuse of the form (for example, to enforce our one-request-per-network limit), we record your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment you submit. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

  • To contact you about early access and respond to your request.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the request form.

The submission is stored on our own server and forwarded to our team through a private Telegram notification so we can follow up. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Your code and scan data

Local-first by design

When you run the Sintropyc agent, each scan executes inside an isolated sandbox on your own machine, and that sandbox is destroyed after the run. Your source code is not stored by us and is never used to train any model.

To reason about a target, the agent sends transient prompts to large-language-model providers (such as Google, DeepSeek and Anthropic) under agreements that prohibit training on your data. Those prompts are processed in the moment and not retained by us. If you need a fully offline run, detection and scanning can run locally without live model access.

5. Retention

We keep early-access submissions only as long as needed to evaluate and onboard you, or until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us. Email founders@sintropyc.com and we will action it.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However — as our Terms of Service make clear — no system or transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
